Two channels. Two different jobs.
We run Google Ads and Meta Ads for Shopify brands and service businesses. Not as one blended strategy, but as two engines doing separate work — one catches demand that already exists, the other creates it. Most accounts blur the two. That’s usually where the money goes.
Pick the engine, or run both.
Each channel is priced and managed on its own. Running them together works better for most accounts, but you’re not obliged to start there.
Google Ads
Someone typing “buy leather weekender bag” has already decided. Google Ads is about being there at that moment, at a price that leaves you a margin. For Shopify stores that means the product feed does most of the work. For service businesses it means high-intent search and call tracking that proves which clicks became clients.
- Shopping & feed optimisation — titles, GTINs, product types, daily refresh
- Performance Max — asset groups built by margin, not by guesswork
- Search campaigns — tight intent, negatives reviewed monthly
- Conversion tracking — purchases, calls, and form-fills, properly attributed
Meta Ads
Nobody opens Instagram intending to buy. Meta’s job is to make them want to, then catch them again when they hesitate. That’s two campaigns, not six — broad prospecting to find buyers, catalogue retargeting to close the ones who already looked. Creative does the heavy lifting here, so that’s where the testing budget goes.
- Advantage+ & broad prospecting — consolidated, out of learning phase fast
- Catalogue retargeting — dynamic product ads for warm traffic
- Creative testing — UGC, statics, and Reels tested weekly
- Lead-gen funnels — for service businesses, built around booked calls
The parts nobody advertises but everybody needs.
These come with every account, on both channels. They’re not upsells.
Tracking that actually fires
Most accounts we audit are optimising toward broken or duplicated conversion events. We rebuild tracking first, before spending a dirham on tests.
Weekly budget reallocation
Spend moves toward what’s converting every week. Not monthly, not when you ask — weekly, because that’s how fast the data changes.
Full account access
The Google Ads and Meta accounts are yours, in your name, with your login. If we part ways, you keep the history and the learning.
Break-even ROAS mapping
We work out what your account actually needs to return before judging a single campaign. 4x means nothing until you know your margin.
Gulf market context
Ramadan build-up, Eid peaks, the summer dip, White Friday CPM spikes, DSF in January. The calendar here isn’t the US calendar.
Direct contact
You talk to the person running your campaigns. No account manager relaying messages from someone you’ve never met.
We’re not right for everyone.
Worth reading before you book a call — it saves us both a wasted half hour.
Good fit
- Shopify stores doing consistent sales who want to scale spend without wrecking margin
- Service businesses that can handle more booked calls than they get now
- Anyone with a working product and a site that converts, who just needs better traffic
- Brands selling into the Gulf who want someone who knows the seasonality
Not a fit
- Pre-launch stores with no sales history — there’s nothing for the algorithm to learn from yet
- Budgets under roughly $1,500/month in media spend, where management fees eat the returns
- Anyone expecting results in week one. Learning phase is real and it takes 2–3 weeks
- Businesses where the site or the offer is the actual problem. Ads amplify, they don’t fix
